Online Team Check-In Deadline: Thursday, May 15, 2025 by 10:00pm

Please complete your team’s Online Check- in through GotSport: Deadline is no later than Thursday, May 13th @ 10pm. Failure to check-in means you will be unable to play in the tournament. There will be no in person check-in.

What Do I Need to Upload?

  • Official Roster- Required (check tournament rules for team sizes)
  • Player Cards- Required (Screenshots of your virtual cards on 1 document) 

For teams with players U10 and below, need provide player cards, or a letter from club registrar, on club stationery, verifying that your players are registered for the current seasonal year. The letter from your Registrar will need to include the team’s name, player date of birth and player ID number.

  • Club Pass player cards and Guest player cards- Required (if applicable – add screenshots of virtual cards on same document along with team players cards)
  • Permit to Travel (Required only, if your team is from North Texas or out of state)

Medical release forms should be carried for each of your players in case of an emergency. No need to upload.

If you have any issue with adding guest players or club pass players to your tournament rosters, please contact your club registrar.

Follow these steps to Check In & Upload Required documents

  1. Log into team GotSport account
  2. Click on “Team Management”
  3. Click on your designated team
  4. When a popup shows up, click on the “Team Registrations” tab
  5. At the bottom, under “Team Registrations” click on the event “2025 Lions FC Memorial Day”
  6. Click on the “Registration” tab
  7. Click on the “Edit” button and upload all applicable documents
